What we collect, why, and how long we keep it. The short version: we keep as little as the service needs.
01What we collect
Your email address and sign-in identifiers (such as your Discord or Google account ID), the documents and text you submit, the reports and outputs produced, and payment records from PayPal. We never see your card details.
02Your documents
Documents are submitted to Turnitin without being added to its repository. Report PDFs are kept for 24 hours and then deleted; scores remain in your history. Humanizer inputs and outputs are kept in your history until you delete them.
03Who we share data with
Turnitin (to produce reports), our humanizing engine providers (to process text), and PayPal (to take payment). Each receives only what it needs to perform its part.
04Your choices
Delete any history entry, or your whole account, from Account settings. Contact support on Discord for anything else.
