Refund Policy

If Turnitin cannot produce a report for your file, the check is returned to your account automatically and you are told why.

Because a completed check or humanizer run has already consumed a Turnitin or engine credit on our side, it is not refundable once delivered. If something looks wrong with a report, contact support within 24 hours and we will look at it.

Prepaid plans are not refunded once the period has started. With auto-renew on, cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the current period.
